This whole Victor/Kristen/Brady thing is ABSURD!!!
All Victor needs to say is "I was woozy when I confessed" and call it a day. The man was on the brink of the deah and in the hospital. Couldn’t they find another way to write Kristen out rather than this ludacris storyline?
Victor didn’t just say he wasn’t going to press charges. Do the police try to arrest someone anyway even if the victim doesn’t press charges?
He could say he wanted to split Brady and Kristen up, it wasn’t Kristen, it was Brady and he’s not pressing charges. He provoked Brady and that’s what happened. End of story. Brady doesn’t go to jail, Kristen isn’t held responsible, and life goes on. People often don’t press charges in domestic disputes and the DA can do nothing about it.
