at the powers that be for penning yet another who’s the daddy storyline! And what makes it doubly absurd is Chloe wasn’t even supposed to be able to conceive and/or carry a child to term. And what’s with these girls getting preggers from one encounter. This is SO lame and lazy writing! Writers getting paid big bucks to recycle this pap again and again – SHAME ON YOU!!
He NEVER lets Chloe say what’s on her mind. Once again she was this close to telling him and he shut her down again.
Well when the truth finally comes out, at least she’ll be able to say, "I tried to tell you plenty of times, but you never LET me!"
Well that isn’t going to happen, but I’m just sayin’…

He is a control freak. Creepy, controlling, and overbearing. How dare he presume to know what she is going to say (although, in all honesty, she HAS repeated the same dialogue for about 2 months now). Instead of letting her finish a sentence, he interupts and either finishes it for her, or tells her he doesn’t want to know. Jackass! I can’t stand to look at him anymore. And, I certainly wouldn’t want to MARRY someone like him. How dreadful those oneway conversations at home would be!
it wasn’t just one encounter. It’s Daniel’s baby and I’m sure they’ve "done it" many times. Don’t ever let them make you think there’s any possibility it might be Philip’s. He couldn’t get Belle pregnant (without IVF) so I’m sure he wouldn’t be any more successful with Chloe. When his leg got shot up in the war, the damage must have gone just a skoshie bit higher.
He’d better not whine when he does find out. Seriously – she’s tried to tell him how many times? And he’s shut her down how many times?
If my significant other had been trying to tell me something important for that length of time, I’d be dying to know what it was – of course I wouldn’t have cut him off from speaking his piece in the first place… but at some point I’d be curious as all get-out as to what was bothering him so, so I’d shut the rest of the world off for a little while to let him get it out.
Of course it’s all about da plot… but geez louise, it’s not like she’s not trying to tell him.
Of course Philly boy doesn’t care about anyone but himself, so he will be right there to shut Chloe down if she ever gets past Daniel’s blockade.
My money still says that Nathan will be the one to spill the beans.

This is a means of dragging things out that these writers have used several times before…Belle, Sami are 2 "confessions" that come to mind. I don’t even look at the character doing it anymore. I just think that the writers can’t think of anything else to do.
one more flashback of Philip and Chloe’s afternoon delight … ugh … talk about beating a dead horse. I would be shocked if they made this Philip’s baby. The two of them together have a slim to none chance of conceiving a child. Between Philip’s defective little swimmers and Chloe’s past medical history, I would have to say it is unlikely that they could make me believe that this couple could make a baby. However, with these writers, the more ridiculous the situation calls for, the faster they put pen to paper trying to convince me, and others who think like me, ……it could happen! Why do I even bother trying to figure out the methods to their madness.
When Phillip and Belle were married, everytime she wanted to tell him something, he’d cut her off and say, "I know what you want to say, or I know what you’re thinking." Well, now the untalented, unoriginal writers have put those same words in Daniel’s mouth. I am sick of it. I’ve been married 15 years and don’t recall once when my husband cut me off and said he knew what I wanted to say or what I was thinking. This is stupid, not to mention rude. Let Chloe talk and please have Carly removed. I am almost on the verge of vomiting everytime she’s on screen.
I hope that they’re just using this "plot device" as a way for Daniel to finally find out about Chloe & Philip… but that it WILL end up being Daniel’s child. The better storyline to watch would be Daniel knowing that she cheated on him, but that she is also having his child and him trying to reconcile those two things. PLEASE don’t let it be Philip’s baby!!!
I don’t remember the original scene with her and Philip (and take a potty break when the endless re-run comes on). Was she telling the truth when she told Carly they used protection?
