I like the T character better than Will and Chad. He is funnier and more believeable as a teenager. I would love to see him soften Kinsey’s chilly character and maybe get a romance going over the summer where she is redeemed by him. I would tune in for that.
he’s the most interesting, a very good actor and I’d like to see more of him, (even though I rant and rave every summer about the teen stories).
than ‘filler.’ If TPTB are committed to torturing us by putting a teen story in for the summer, then use ALL of them in a way that gives them a purpose, and not just to ‘fill out’ the scene. What do T and Kinsey get ….. MAYBE ten words every 2nd or 3rd Wednesday? Fact is, their presence doesn’t matter to the story; thus their characters on screen, for me at least, don’t matter either. They are practically invisible when they are on, so why bother? Much as I can do without Gabbi, at least she has a connection to the Hernandez family to keep her around if for no other reason than to butt her nose into her older siblings lives, but T and Kinsey are useless to the teen story line so far, because they serve no purpose. They may as well be a set decoration.
I think the actor who plays T is great! He delivers his lines so realistically, exactly how a teenager would talk, he never seems wooden or stiff and just sounds like he’s shooting the breeze like he would in real life. As for Kinsey, something about the girl’s voice sounds like nails on a chalkboard to me!! I can’t stand the way she talks. Gabi is ok, but tends to over-enunciate certain words which comes off fake-sounding. JMO!!!
I agree that T is a far better character than Kinsey but I would like to see him get a storyline and the most interesting storyline for me would involve Kinsey whom he has had the most interaction with. All bitches can be redeemed, especially in Salem. I think that if we have to be subjected to a teen storyline then that is the only one that I would really be interested in. Of course it would require the kind of writing that Days hasn’t had since the early 90’s so I guess I am outta luck.
