but I’m wiling to bet none of the usual suspects had anything to do with Rafe’s attack. My gut feeling is it is somehow related to the envelope that Ciara hid from Hope, the one marked Prisoner Release Information. Maybe someone Rafe put away and who wanted revenge?
being the attacker, but why would they have this person wearing the same shirt as Nick’s? Maybe Nick just showed up and took the bag with the muffins after the attack, rotten dog that he is, figuring now Rafe wouldn’t be able to tell Gabbi anything, or he simply decided to leave Rafe to die. So, this whole thing could very well be Ciara’s fault for hiding the letter from Hope in the first place, if the guy was the released prisoner and now wants revenge on Rafe. Poor Hope — like she doesn’t have enough to deal with a rebellious daughter and a husband MIA! Bad girl, Ciara, bad girl!
