Abby and Andre

 I wonder how Abby would have been able to get a fake ID with her picture on it (since she apparently did not). They all believe it to be true.  Also, where would she get airfare, bus fare, etc. without money or a credit card?And Andre – where does he get the funds to pay off all the informers,  the guy at the Florida airport, etc. that are working for him?  He is not as influential as Stefano was.
