Deidre Hall’s first tape date is tomorrow, Juy 13.
Taylor will be on through the end of September and Ivan is coming back to help wrap up Viv’s storyline.
July 12, 2011 at 7:40 pm #25119BonbonParticipantthey are keeping Taylor around for so long. If she’d not getting back with EJ, what is her purpose? Besides, I just can’t stand to watch her acting…it is just so painful. Dump her!
July 12, 2011 at 8:31 pm #2512353tdogsParticipantso why not Taylor? Just walk out the door and say that she’s going somewhere and "poof" never to be seen again.
July 12, 2011 at 9:07 pm #25127dvalParticipantjust to bond Nicole to some family? I don’t know. I thought once realized what EJ is and she apologized to Nicole she’d beat it out of Dodge, LOL!
July 12, 2011 at 9:53 pm #25129PattiParticipantTaylor joining forces with Nicole to take down the DiMeras because they blame them for Faye’s death, even though neither Stefano nor E.J. knew that faux Rafe killed her until recently. But, since they were responsible for creating the "creature," as R-2 has now been dubbed by so many, Nikki and Taylor now both blame them for bringing him to Salem in the first place and putting their sick plan into action, consequently resulting in their mother’s death. If Taylor left right away, she would not get her own type of revenge — seeing the DiMeras pay for their crime. Plus, I like the fact that Nicole and Taylor are mending fences and will possibly work together to seek their justice for Faye’s death. I can put up with TB as long as she doesn’t fall back into E.J.’s web of lies.
July 13, 2011 at 11:35 am #25145BonbonParticipantsister or no sister, I could never forgive her for what she did. That is probably the most dispicable thing one could do to a sibling. She should have kept her panties on and hightailed it out of Salem.
July 13, 2011 at 12:57 pm #25150DeeLanParticipantI’m just hoping the next time she tries to get on the bus to Chicago Lexie and Abe aren’t there to talk her out of it.
July 13, 2011 at 6:11 pm #2516453tdogsParticipantdetested Taylor from the first her knowing EJ belonged to Nicole (after she found out). The second reason, I never liked her is when they switched actresses and all I saw was "Evil Ava" and I couldn’t even give TB a chance to be Taylor at all (even if she was a good actress).
Plus – I didn’t like her smirkidie-smirk-smirks in every scene – when she was smiling she smirked, when she was sad she smirked…I wanted to tell her what my father said to us kids…"Get that smirk off your face or I will take it off for you" (only a threat, never a do…but the threat was enough to make you change your demeanor real fast).
July 14, 2011 at 11:21 am #25178BonbonParticipantrelated to my mother. She used to say the same thing. Of course when I was a teen I was the queen of sarcasm and very good at smirking.
But, yeah, I don’t understand why the director hasn’t tried to get her to NOT smirk, at least when she’s mad or sad. When she was crying about her mom, it looked to me like she was just foolin’ and not really sad at all. I half way expected to get a wink from her.
July 16, 2011 at 2:13 am #25229BonoSugaRayParticipantYippie! Too bad he has to return ONLY for Vivian’s exit! Grrrr! I’m not happy at all about Vivian getting the axe! Why can the writers simply do away with the following characters: Rafe (and his family), Brady, and Abe, and keep Vivian?!
July 17, 2011 at 2:45 pm #25257MimiParticipantWho is Ivan??
July 17, 2011 at 4:39 pm #2526053tdogsParticipantEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeevon – think Eastern European accent. Ivan was Vivian’s minion, or "servant, most known for devoted to serving his Madam relentlessly but with love (I think he truly loved her). I thought they should have brought him back when they brought Vivy back to the show, they were always fun to watch in the good ol’ days…And he was much better than Gus anyday! However, wouldn’t it be a hoot to see Ivan and Gus "fight" for their Madam? Hysterical! Pow-Pow-oooooof, sorry ol’ chap! Kerblam! Oh, pardon my right hook!
July 17, 2011 at 5:19 pm #25262DeeLanParticipantWhen Vivian lost all her money Ivan won the lottery and took her out of Salem in style. If I remember correctly he still wanted to serve his madam and they sailed off into the sunset.
