She was clearly the best vocalist from day one and America got it right. I actually enjoyed some of the duets last night.
especially Frankie Valley, whose music I have always loved; and, yes, Candice did deserve the win. Not to say Kree wasn’t good — she will be huge in the country pop/soul (whatever they want to call it these days) industry. Looks like they are already going to begin auditioning for Season 13.
It was clearly obvious, though, that Mariah Carey was lip syncing her performance.
