Well it’s Scotty and Lauren in the finale. an all country finale. I still wish it were Haley and Scotty. But I’m glad Scotty is in it. I’ll definetly be voting for him!!!!
Haley’s reaction when Lauren was announced as the finalist? Pretty obvious she was ticked. I didn’t care for either one, but Haley’s attitude bugged me.
Yeah, her body language and facial expression said it all. Usually the looser congratulates the winner but it took a while and I think Lauren made the first move to Haley.
I’ve wanted Scotty and James or Scotty and Lauren in the finale but last night I was thinking Haley wouldn’t be too much of a disappointment for me. Well, tonight she ruined my opinion of her.
thought she had it "in the bag". She was given such praise by the judges on most nights, especially Steven Tyler, who constantly told how great she was, how beautiful, and that her singing was "sexy" (as evidenced by the outfits she wore), and I truly believe she thought she was a sure finalist and that Scotty or Lauren were the ones who would be on the chopping block. But in her favor, she did come back and do my favorite song for her, "Benny and the Jets," and once again she knocked it out of the park.
