But I don’t care about the Prague story or the search for Stefano, especially now knowing JM has passed away. I feel like I’m wasting my time knowing this won’t end with Stefano himself. *sigh*
I really, really want to love my soap again, but it doesn’t seem like that will be anytime soon.
as I came on here to voice the same thing. I feel no tension or drama or sense of anticipation regarding this Stef search. Maybe if the heroes were in true danger or of course if we saw Dimera it would be different but it’s all “so what” at this point for me.
Unless EJ is somehow at the end of this search the entire storyline holds zero percent of my interest.
Knowing that Joe has passed actually seems disrespectful to me. We know Stefano cannot come back because Joe cannot come back. So why are we being tortured with this story?
If Joe hadn’t passed it might be more interesting but knowing that there is no way for the Phoenix to rise again makes it a pointless storyline except for bringing back a few faces from the past.
Again, this is what happens when you film so far in advance. No opportunity to fix a situation like this.
I was coming on here to post something similar. Yesterday’s episode (Monday) did not hold my interest whatsoever. The Hope/prison storyline bores me to tears, I am not invested in Joey/Jade at all, and the Prague thing is just meh. What a snooze of an episode.
