Ok, I realize this woman isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, but why would she risk going to see Nicole? Anna would at least have to suspect Nicole might know something. If so, then why wouldn’t she fear the maybe Rafe, Roman and the authorities know also and are waiting to nail her?
Or is Anna figuring just play it cool, like she’s still hanging around Salem?
What is her motive?March 17, 2010 at 1:52 am #11296lynnekarenParticipantNot to mention the fact that you’re not allowed to leave the plane after the door is closed and you are prepared for takeoff.
March 17, 2010 at 9:18 am #11301SWParticipantJust wait until EJ finds out what she’s done! He’ll throw her under that bus so fast she’ll regret ever doing anything with him! Nicole was just fishing but Anna mouth got her caught! Guess this is the only way the writers could find to get Nicole out of jail. Maybe she’ll find out that EJ was involved too and blackmail him with it too?
March 17, 2010 at 12:30 pm #11302kprstrsParticipantShe got off the bus because there would not have been a storyline if she didn’t!
March 17, 2010 at 1:55 pm #11303PattiParticipanthow else would Anna be able to blackmail the governor into pardoning Nicole? However, that being said, Anna knows what she and E.J. did, and after Nicole’s call to her (by the way, one helluva memory of Anna’s number, Nicole, after not seeing or hearing from Anna since Tony was alive and tormenting you), she feels she must find out exactly what it is that Nicole knows, or thinks she knows. In a way I can’t blame her for getting off that plane. I would want to stay very close to E.J. if I thought someone could identify me, and for Anna she obviously does not intend to take the fall alone. I’m glad Leanne will be staying with us for a while longer, presuming, of course, that E.J. doesn’t kill her.
March 17, 2010 at 2:15 pm #11306mommytutuParticipantHow did she get off the plane? The pilot announced that they were the next in line to take off. Did they just push her out when she said she wanted to leave? Writers have screwed up again. In this day and age with the heightened amount of security that would never happen. To say the least, terrorists should attack Salem because security at the airport is so lax. That might be a good storyline for the show.
March 17, 2010 at 8:39 pm #11315DeeLanParticipantMaybe Stefano has Tony back on that island and he’ll send Anna there to be with him and keep her out of their hair.
March 18, 2010 at 1:30 pm #11336bevken86ParticipantThe suitcase with the money in it and her other luggage were checked baggage, she didn’t have it with her as carry-on. I guess that all went with the plane?
March 19, 2010 at 4:01 am #11360Ms. JakeParticipantI can only think she faked being sick…heart attack or something like that, that’s how to get off…..
March 19, 2010 at 12:55 pm #11367caseyParticipantthat Anna could seduce a Gov to pardon Nicole. First off, is Nicole even that important? And second, how tight were Anna and the Gov? Third, like Anna would have that kind of clout (She ain’t no Cleopatra!) to accomplish this in one day, if ever. Laughable.
March 19, 2010 at 1:52 pm #11379PattiParticipantbut I believe they have a "past" relationship that the dear ole’ Gov will not want revealed. How else could she blackmail him to pardon Nicole? But, you’re absolutely right, it never would happen that quickly. I don’t know who’s responsible for the blatant disregard for believability lately, but it has become so obvious that more than a few of the latest scenes have been downright laughable.
March 19, 2010 at 11:10 pm #11400SWParticipantAnna Fredericks (her maiden name before she married Fauxman. She was very young when she married the original Roman so how the heck could the governor have known her and been with her? She wasn’t from Salem according to the history we were given when she first came on the show! She was supposedly lost at sea for a while when she was hanging out with Stefano’s buddies. It’s just too rewritten for me!
March 23, 2010 at 7:39 pm #11489BonbonParticipantshe went to prison for kidnapping which is a federal crime and the only pardon she could get would have to come from the president, not a governor. But, this is Salem, folks. What do you expect?
Another thing I’m having trouble swallowing is the guv walking around without any entourage whatsoever? I don’t think so. Just like the president, he has some kind of protection with him when he is out in public.
And what was with Abe’s showing contempt for him? Is that giving us a hint of something to come?
