Looks like the second pregnancy scare (two in less than a year!) for Abs is for real according to previews. Have to believe it’s Chad’s for the sake of a story.
BTW is Abby a character who is staying or not? That would obviously make a difference in a SL.Oh– it’s too soon to be Chad’s!! But I would think that Ben would use protection and her romp woth Chad wasn’t planned.
THat said, she shouldn’t be with anyone!
I’m calling it now; it’s Chad’s and this WTD story will be just the tip of the iceberg when it gets out. First of all, Chad doesn’t know that Ben knows his lovely girlfriend screwed Chad’s brains out, plus I’m sure Ben won’t let on to her or to Chad that he knows they slept together; BUT, sooner or later, like all secrets in Salem, it will come out, and that’s when this story will spice up. I’m guessing once Clyde and Stefano find out, they’ll be trading paternity switches back and forth, plus let’s not forget that Clyde hid a "bug" under the table in the DiMera living room, where, you know, Chad and Stefano have their very ‘private’ talks about his love life. Sooner or later something is going to happen to Abigail. Just not sure yet who or what’s going to happen to her, but bet on it — she may not have this kid after all! I think this is all a plot to see either Clyde, Ben, Stefano or Chad become a target sooner rather than later. Time will tell. Just about 5 or 6 more weeks until new writers work starts to appear. Personally, I think Abigail is going to be kidnapped. Wow, now there’s something new (said with sarcasm)!
I would think that since she has a relationship with Ben, she’d be using a more reliable, always ready form of birth control.
I too do not see her having this child. I still don’t get what Stef wants with her but if this IS Chad’s kid we all now how possessive Stefano is with his family.
regardless of WTD, there is NO WAY Abigail Devereaux is ready to have a child. This story is so messed up! That’s why I don’t have much hope of them pulling it off.
Well if she is 5 weeks pregnant there is NO WAY it can be Chad’s baby. Of course anything is possible on a soap!!
the writers could come up with some alternative fresh SLs. These unexpected pregnancies are so old hat and so 20th century.
