Days was interrupted during the last 12 minutes for a report on the Colorado massacre.
Did anyone in another time zone catch the end? Anything of note happen?live t.v. news for national and international Casey – no matter what the time zone. I’m as far west in the continental USA as one can almost go in the lower 48 (or more as some may count) and when news breaks in your area of the country we see the same happenings around the country – (I don’t think that Hawaii and Alaska are much different either), with satellites – that is the technology in place for many years now. You may be able to watch on your computer on the entire show of DOOL on NBC.com if you have that capability with your Internet provider and given computer. I have friends in Guam and Australia and they see live t.v. news feeds as they happen as well.
if that news feed was live, you would have seen it at 10:45 am, not during the show at 1:45 pm. So, are you saying you saw the same interruption we did on the east coast? That would be very strange.
If nobody saw the end, maybe NBC can finagle the tape somehow to show it to us on Monday.
I’m in Arizona and we’d been getting reports all morning long. Days here is on at 2PM. We got the whole show.

First, I totally understand where some people missed some of the show and others did not, due to the Colorado news flash that interrupted some channels today.
For example, when it is 2:00 p.m. in eastern states, such as New York, it is 1:00 p.m. here in the midwest.
Here is what I saw in the last few minutes of DOOL for you:
When Bo and Hope come up with a mugshot of Andrew, Chad recognizes Andrew as a photographer’s assistant from Countess W. Gabi pretends she is clueless. Abigail looks distraught and suspicous of Gabi.
Andrew leaves Melanie alone with a teddy bear he had given her, to go look for a better place to hide. She is still handcuffed and screams at him to not leave her there alone. She is knocked out cold from some debris that falls down.
At the mansion EJ, who is there with Sami, gets handcuffed by Rafe, at Roman’s orders. Roman had found out that EJ is not really Stefano’s son. Will runs into the room and starts to protest in EJ’s behalf, but Lucas stops him. Sami is sneaking out, but Lucas catches her and angrily asks what she is doing there.

continuous as in all news. News is live feed – immediately. Not just because different time zone – preempted.
It was not just the eastern time zone.
In Wisconsin (central time zone), we missed about the last 15 minutes of the broadcast also.
12:00 there. True? If so, that’s the same time as here (1:00) so the interruption would have come simultaneously in both zones. I know the primetime shows are like that. If they’re on here at 9:00, they show in the central zone at 8:00.
magic TV! Lol. I am in the central zone, also, and I saw it. Hmm, this is an interesting puzzle, lol.
From what I have heard, Arizona doesn’t practice daylight savings time, so that would explain some viewers not having missed it, I guess.

Since there’s so many affiliates for the different networks I don’t pay attention to time zone because it doesn’t really matter anymore. I live in Alabama which is CST and we get NBC through New York (EST) and the west coast PST). They’re 3 hours apart in time zones yet both show the same things at the same time here.
