This was a two-part CBS series I found fascinating. They really did a thorough job bringing in top experts, recreating the house and interviewing people who I was shocked to find were never approached. The big reveal was that the grand jury recommended charges against the parents but this was squashed on a “political” decision.
The kicker of course was the unanimous opinon the panel of experts came to: that JonBennet’s brother Burke struck his sister and the parents covered it up.and I have to believe these experts made a pretty good case that Burke killed his sister and their parents have been protecting him all these years. Such a shame; but, I also watched Dr. Phil’s interviews of the son, now in his late 20’s, and he still acts very very strange and disconnected to his sister’s death. I think he did it, but after all these years the case has gone so cold, and with Patsy now dead and the father as well as Burke unwilling to admit to any of these allegations, the case will probably never be reopened.
