The reason as to why EJ refused to help Stefan take down Clyde is because the last thing that he would want is to give Stefan power over him given as to what Clyde had him to do back when, & also because he would be guilty of conspiracy & going along with attempted murder, given of what Clyde had done to EJ back then when JS played the role. Then this, Holly didn’t buy the narcotics back when Stefan wanted EJ to help him get rid of Clyde, so you tell me who’s blackmail is worse than what the other has over the other one? The question that I have is that with it being news as who was funneling what out of the Bistro is what led Holly to buy what on school grounds that led to her O.d., what judge would give Stefan time served, especially with Harris knowing who shot him, wouldn’t that override the judge’s ruling of time served?
