between sticking it to Sami and staying loyal to her brother; otherwise, why wouldn’t she have simply run to E.J. instead of bolting into the street. She looked directly at him when he arrived on the scene and still ran "away" from him. That was interesting to me and showed that she was emotionally conflicted and even though she wanted Sami to pay, she did not want it to be at Rafe’s expense. It sickened me today to see E.J. showing such remorse for Ariana’s condition, feigning concern, yet all the while still badgering her to tell him what she knew he wanted to hear. Whatta’ guy!
October 22, 2010 at 8:43 pm #1729553tdogsParticipantfight scene between Ari and Sami – (although, I detest violence), I thought the ladies played it great and wonder how long they had to practice the "cat" fight. It was more real that most of those kinds of scenes in even some movies. The table was a nice touch – that messed up Rafe’s decorating decor for sure.
Sure glad I added other cable programing last week to my cable – now I have SoapNet (for however long it is going to remain on the air still) – it came in handy when a local mall was set on fire and Days was preempted by the wall-to-wall news coverage. So now I have to watch Thursdays – to see what’s happening…probably won’t get to it until later though.
I’m really kind of sorry Ari won’t be able to share the info – too bad…I love that Sami is not getting the perfect little life that’s she is always espousing to because of her mis-deeds…once again.
October 23, 2010 at 12:28 am #17301BonoSugaRayParticipantEJ was absolutely concerned about Ari’s health…Didn’t you see when – at the hit-n-run site – when Ari was trying to tell him about who it was, he told her to not speak…that whatever she had to say could wait (he was totally focused on making sure she was all right)? And speaking of people NOT showing much of any concern, how ’bout Sami and Will?! Sure, they were hoping that she’d pull through (for Rafe’s sake ONLY…they can’t stand her), but they were plotting madly for the recorder that had Sami’s confession…Shame on them!
And, as I’ve been saying for a while now (in light of what spoilers state), I soooo wish the writers could have put EJ and Ari together (they would’ve been HOT HOT SALSA-BABY-HOT)! Grrrr DOOL writers! lol Oh well…
ROCK ON, EJ!
October 23, 2010 at 2:51 pm #17305mommytutuParticipantI’m glad Ari is not long for this world, but I would rather have seen Ari and EJ get together, then none of this would have happened. EJ wouldn’t have been hell bent on revenge, Ari wouldn’t have been paired with Brady and thus become a whiny character. If EJ and Ari were together at the get go, that would have made a great long-lasting story, Sami’s ex with Rafe’s sister. Good vs. Evil! There were possibilities, the writers blew it.

October 23, 2010 at 7:11 pm #17311BonbonParticipantI’m getting so tired of lisytening to her obsession about telling EJ that Sami shot him. Geeze, if this is such a big deal to her, she should be going to the police, not EJ. It’s obvious she’s not concerned about justice being done but about kissing EJ’s skinny little behind. Tata, Ari, hate to see ya go…NOT!
October 23, 2010 at 11:30 pm #17313PattiParticipantdespicable action on their parts trying to get into her purse. As for E.J., he just didn’t want her to say anything that could be heard by someone else first. He practically has a conniption waiting to get into that room to see her …. and it wasn’t because he was concerned or worried about her, but he wanted to interrogate her. He could give a crap whether she makes it or not just as long as she tells him what he wants to know before she goes belly up.
October 24, 2010 at 1:23 am #1731553tdogsParticipantchip off the old block. And Will was such a natural at it too – helping trying to steal Ari’s purse, lying to Maxine, saying all this crappiola to everyone because it’s to protect the family…if I hadn’t seen it was Will with my own eyes saying and doing these things I would have sworn I was hearing Stefano’s or EJ’s ways of doing things…
Me thinks that Sami may just be more like a DeMira than she would care to admit. I am predicting now – that in five to ten years from now (depending on the SORAS) – Sami’s children will be "Children of the Corn" so to speak. (That’s a scary Halloween movie of about 20 years ago for those of you who haven’t seen it – chilling children).
October 24, 2010 at 1:50 am #17316BonoSugaRayParticipantyou’re so right! And am I the only one who thinks the actor who plays Will, seems a lot like the actor Owen Wilson? lol I couldn’t stop thinking that when he was trying to persuade Ari, and when he was talking to his mom at the hospital. lol
October 24, 2010 at 3:10 am #1731753tdogsParticipantattempt to get Ari not to do anything, even his voice seemed deeper. He had that intense Owen Wilson look for sure!
October 24, 2010 at 12:52 pm #17318caseyParticipantshe’s been covering up things her entire life. Can she go more than a few episodes without lying about something? And she’s always claiming it’s for the good of someone else. Yes, that’s her, Noble Sami!
October 25, 2010 at 9:25 pm #17348BonoSugaRayParticipantLOL Totally!
