w/ the mob hit. I was surprised Days didn’t incorporate Hope’s “connection” with Bo to sense danger.
March 8, 2012 at 1:20 am #31613PattiParticipantand having Roman in that scene with Bo was nice to see for a change as well. Great make-up job on the wounds, too. When you think about it, though, Hope was lucky because that surely would have been her and Bo going rogue together, so when she does find out about it she will probably feel double the guilt.
March 8, 2012 at 9:44 am #31616BonbonParticipantPlease tell me why, when Roman came to, he didn’t call 9-1-1 or the station for medical/back-up help? (All he’d have to say is, "officer down" and they’d be there in force! Why would he drag an unconcious Bo all the way to the Pub, who should NOT have been moved until the extent of his injuries were determined?
And Kayla didn’t act much like a doctor. She should have been barking orders at the others while she was doing that poor, poor excuse for CPR.
When they does these things so irresponsibly, it just takes away from the drama for me. I’m thinking instead of what they SHOULD be doing.
March 8, 2012 at 2:10 pm #31620trykeryderParticipantmentioned to DH that no doctor would have panicked (like Kayla did) if a patient started seizing.
March 8, 2012 at 2:45 pm #31621caseyParticipantis she to be resigned to pub maid for however long her stint is? It just seems such a comedown and rather degrading for a once major character to be reduced to this role.
March 8, 2012 at 3:35 pm #31622PattiParticipantI mean what police commissioner doesn’t have a means of communication on him that would immediately summon help? I also thought JT’s acting was a bit OTT. Yelling and screaming one minute, and then him and Sami reciting the Lord’s Prayer the next, then back to yelling at Kayla, who was yelling at Bo — just very bad writing as well as acting. I did enjoy seeing Roman in a scene with Bo, but the acting by everyone in that scene was horrific, except for Bo who was unconscious one minute, coughing the next, then back to unconscious, then Kayla finds a normal pulse, then finally seizing out of control. Just way too much of bad acting jobs for my taste. Who on earth directed that scene yesterday?
March 9, 2012 at 2:23 am #31630UhSirParticipantbut I’m sure he did, he knew Bo had one. Hubby was yelling at Roman about everything he did wrong.
Funny for me because six months ago when I told him I would be starting to watch the show again he sighed and said he was "not going to get caught up in that mess!"
One thing I’m very confused about is that they ended up in the pub. I thought they got mugged at the Square? Isn’t the pub down by the pier putting it at least a couple of miles away?
March 9, 2012 at 2:49 am #31632justwonderingParticipantKayla wxplained that Roman did the right thing getting Bo to the pib cause the EMTs would have gotten there too late. Funny cause I thought the Square was in the middle of town and the Pub is down by the docks. Not sure how far apart they are but thought it was a distance.
