I felt the same way about today’s show. Watched it but didn’t really see anything that peaked my interest.
May 16, 2014 at 9:29 pm #43794PattiParticipantthan it did yesterday. So far, though, this May sweeps is more like May sleeps! I feel like I’m watching the same scenes with the same dialogue day after day after day, and only two more weeks until Gabi’s exit story. Poor little Allie, though …. looks like she’s going to really be affected by witnessing Nick’s death.
May 17, 2014 at 12:49 pm #43796mommytutuParticipantYUCK! What on earth was that? It was beyond hideous! Bag lady sweater, black lingerie thing over gold shirt and some really ugly pants. It looked like she raided her lingerie drawe and a dumpster to put that ugly outfit together. Does Missy have such bad taste in real life that she didn’t notice how hideous that outfit was? I personally would never have put that on!
May 17, 2014 at 11:27 pm #43800majencoParticipantIf wardrobe handed me that ensemble I would be like “nope.” She has to have some sort of say. I would rather wear one of Marlena’s neon pants suits or Abigail’s granny dress or whatever!!
May 18, 2014 at 1:02 pm #43801mommytutuParticipantWho is 82 years old, and we both agree, she must have picked out the outfit in complete darkness or with a blindfold on.
May 18, 2014 at 1:34 pm #43802GoodyParticipantthat you still have your mom with you to discuss and share things. Mine has been gone years and I still miss her.
Goody
May 19, 2014 at 6:43 am #43804BonbonParticipantShe got me hooked on Days. I can’t tell you how many days after she was gone I’d watch the show and think, “Oh, I got to tell Mom about that.”
May 19, 2014 at 12:02 pm #43805mommytutuParticipantMy dad passed away in 1988 when he was 55. I love and appreciate my mom. BTW, we’ve watched and talked about Days since it first aired. We live on opposite sides of the country, but still have a Days discussion weekly. My mom is not as tech savvy as we are so she doesn’t know how to find spoilers. She’s always wanting to know what’s going to happen next.
May 19, 2014 at 2:14 pm #43806BonbonParticipantAfter mom passed away, I didn’t (and still don’t) have any one to discuss Days with. I really missed that. Whenever i run into someone who wataches it I glom on to them like a leech!

May 20, 2014 at 1:25 am #43812TFlo1018ParticipantI found this site too. My Mom got me hooked on DOOL and we talk about it every day – it’s so funny. But sometimes I’m behind (she watches it daily – sometimes at night but still daily.) So when I’m behind and then all caught up I love coming here. And even though I disagree with some of you (::: COUGH ::: BonBon) it’s always a blast. It makes us all unique And for those I’m on the same page with 99% of the time (Patti) it’s equally as fun too!!! You guys make this site so awesome!!!
