Honestly, can there possibly be such horrible, nosy, busy-bodies like there are in Salem? Like Sonny for instance. Why in the world does he need to know if anything is "going on" between Will and Gaby? They’ve been friends since she came to town, she was his "first" and she was there to support him when he came out. Shouldn’t that be enough of a reason to care about her AND her baby?
Then Lucas asking Sonny if their fight was about money? OMG! And then the big deal with Hope and Rafe about how far along Gaby is? Ughh, these writers are going to drive me to drink.
December 21, 2012 at 1:26 pm #36884caseyParticipantare any better than the old? The only improvement I see is Sami is not screaming and throwing fits, but trades it in by planking her butt in where it doesn’t belong. I have rarely watched full episodes for awhile now.
December 21, 2012 at 3:38 pm #36888luckeyParticipantask how far along Gabby is in her pregnancy. I had been waiting since the news got out for someone to ask. Maybe in a situation like this where she is not married, it might be an uncomfortable discussion; but, Hope is related to Nick and has been very supportive of him since his release from jail. That’s just my opinion. I do agree that there are a few very active "butt-in-skis" on this show.

Most people would have just brushed it off like, ohh silly guy, doesnt’ even know how many weeks it’s been! For them to question it with such alarm was not warranted. They have no reason (yet) to be suspicious of anything!
December 21, 2012 at 6:23 pm #36892BonbonParticipantIt was making such a big deal about it and then grilling her about why they said two different things. That was uncalled for. If I had been Gaby I’d have asked them why it was so important to them that Nick got it wrong.
December 22, 2012 at 12:02 am #36896luckeyParticipantI suppose they could have joked about it a bit when Nick walked in and teased him about it. It would have peaked my curiosity too as it did Sami and Hope and I wouldn’t have hesitated to mention that Nick had told me something different. Maybe knowing all the details helped me gloss over their intense questioning. I have to remember that it’s written as the characters not knowing and it probably should have been more of a "Gee, that’s not what Nick said" and then just going on with the conversation.
December 22, 2012 at 1:09 am #36897bluebonnetParticipantI thought it was terribly inappropriate for them to even ask how far along Gabi was since she was obviously getting married because of the pregnancy. And then, to grill them as they did! Who would do that in real life? They were treating Gabi and Nick like little children. Lucas, too, has been way over the line with his nosiness toward Will’s love life. I guess he’s trying to make up for the time he gave Will a hard time about dating Sonny, but enough is enough, Lucas. Give poor Will some space. You can let Will know that you approve of their dating without nosing so far into their business.
