Hey bonbon, I was just wondering how your nausea was coming along. Did you get it under control or are you taking something for It?

to see if the ulcers have come back or the surgery was successful.  They haven’t…YAY!  I mentioned to the doctor that I was still getting the nausea but he said he was more concerned with the pain (which is now gone) than nausea.  It is much better and doesn’t usually last long enough to require medicine.  I think it’s just something I’m going to have to live with.  At least it’s much better than right after the surgery.  I just have to make sure I don’t eat too much at a time because that makes me deathly ill.  He said he could give me a permanent feeding tube that would by-pass my stomach but I said, "NO WAY!"  Can you imagine not being able to feed your cravings?

What I can’t understand is why, in spite of all tulcers, I still get them.  It’s not stress, I don’t eat spicy foods, and it’s not the E-pylory bacteria.  (They tell me it’s poor blood supply in that area.)  I just hope we’ve got ’em licked this time after four surgeries to remove them.  Keep your fingers crossed.  I know this is minor compared to what some people are living with, like you, Nora.  We just have to keep a positive attitude and live life to the fullest.

    Thank you for asking.

That’s awesome! so glad it was successful. I’ve had this stomach since 03 and I still overeat and definitely know about the nausea from hell. Lol. With my first surgery they put in a temp feeding tube it came out of my left lower belly. I HATED that thing, I never needed it, thank God. I used it maybe twice to do catscans so I didn’t have to drink that garbage. But I begged him to take it out and he did after a few tears lol. But I’ll keep on prayin that you stay clear!
