Yesterday being Ash Wednesday was a day of fast for me, but instead of food I should have fasted on Days. Don’t know about everyone else but the show moved so slowly and largely without interest. I am so beyond this Sarah character. If she’s having doubts about Rex then why not just back off? Why does she have to “be” in any relationship right now? Geesh, these needy women just can’t be by themselves for one minute. I would love Days to show a fiercely independent woman who doesn’t require a man by her side.
But aside from that, some engaging SLs on this soap would be nice.with both Sarah and Rex. What an idiot he is! Who’s next on his list…..Chloe?? Honestly, between Rex, Sarah, J.J., Sonny, Will, Ted, Hope, Rafe, and the Keystone Cops known as Lani and Eli, while the beat goes on, I fast-forward much more than pay attention. Now, I’m getting bored with the John/Diana/Leo story, and Roman is always good for a snooze. So, it’s no wonder I’m waiting patiently for Sami’s and Nicole’s return, if for no other reason but to keep me awake.
Im trying to figure out what’s exciting and I keep coming up with nothing. I guess I’m just waiting for the truth to come out about Claire.
I would imagine the majority of writers consider themselves to be "feminists", but they write female characters as helpless creatures in need of protection or ruthless bitches. And most of the male characters aren’t any better. How much you want to be Brady and Gabi end up in the sack? If you think about the old saying "when you doink someone you’re doinking everyone they’ve ever been with", then everyone in Salem has doinked everyone else. Geez!
