Holy cow! I thought Bo was going to go Mel Gibson on Hope yesterday. I don’t think we’ve ever seen him rant at her like that before. But he did turn it off quickly.
July 16, 2010 at 2:46 pm #14575loritrollParticipantAt the very beginning of this, I really felt for Bo. Thought Hope was being unreasonable, but Bo has quickly changed my mind and to me, he has no stones to throw right now. No right at all to be angry. Like Hope said in her response to his "You want me to live the rest of my life alone?", "You could’ve waited more than a month!". I would’ve believed he had a right to his anger had he continued to try and make the marriage work. To see the pain that Hope was in, instead of turning to another woman just weeks after they separated. Sorry Bo. You’re not allowed to be self-righteous or angry anymore. You ruined the chance at making the marriage work by taking someone else into your bed. Hope made mistakes, but none as grave as yours.

It seemed as if she was just waiting for the proverbial "one more thing" so she could lash out at him yet again. When Carly showed up she was warm and willing and ready to love Bo instead of always criticizing him. I especially have little sympathy for Hope since the kidnaping when she tried to blame Bo for everything and then foolishly let the kidnapper right into her home. She never owned up to her stupidity just tried to make Bo feel even more responsible even though she was the major player in that little incident.
Actually at the funeral when she went on and on about wanting to be the woman her grandmother was I almost laughed. Alice would never have gone off on Tom and been so unyielding for so long. She has a lot to learn when it comes to being like Alice, I think, even though Tom and Alice did have their moments LOL.
July 16, 2010 at 3:48 pm #14590dvalParticipantJust to clarify Carly’s return has done nothing for me, so don’t get the impressoin that I want her and Bo together. Just saying, I understand where Bo could be coming from. He has made mistakes but Hope is unwilling to let them go and anyone who is in a marriage knows that stuff is not good for a relationship.
July 17, 2010 at 10:33 pm #14616caseyParticipantJust because Bo tried to convince her to move in, it doesn’t mean she had to. She should have taken some high moral ground, mainly because of Ciara. What little girl deserves to see her parents break up and daddy and some new chick shacking up in HER home. And Bo allowing this to happen is even worse.
I do blame the writers for this huge disconnect between B&H that makes me care less and less for their reunion, if it happens.July 17, 2010 at 11:11 pm #1461953tdogsParticipantto perpetuate the next generation of some of the women of Salem’s weirdness and idiosyncracies by having Ciara’s mommy and daddy do the mind trips they are doing to her on her little pysche at an early age…lJust look how Sami has acted all these years by seeing John and Marlena on the conf. room table…Nicole and her father…Chloe going through "ghoul girl years"…
July 18, 2010 at 3:39 am #14620daysbrokenwingsParticipantwith this storyline…I will always believe that Bo & Hope belong together FOREVER! Neither of them have chemistry with anyone else as much as the chemistry between themselves! JMO They are both to blame for their situation, tho I didn’t realize that Hope had only "walked out" for a month before Carly was in Bo’s bed. That was NOT good.
July 18, 2010 at 4:29 am #14621GoodyParticipantwith everything about her. I look at her and see hypocrite and intruder. If we were supposed to like the return of Carly, it has failed miserably.

July 18, 2010 at 4:17 pm #1462453tdogsParticipantBo and Hope go together, they fit together, they were meant for each other. This is why this time in the adversity that they find themselves in, I think that it’s more difficult to watch because they did it to themselves.
They quit trusting each other and the love that they had for each other. (Just like what happens in real life sometimes). I think that’s why this is a tougher story line for me because it’s more reality based.
Before, it was always others, bad guys, memory loss, vats of acid, etc., pulling them apart, but the nice thing is that they always found each other again.
July 18, 2010 at 4:22 pm #14625PattiParticipantThere is no justification for the actions on all three parts of this triangle. We could sit here til’ the cows come home pointing the moral compass in all three directions hoping to find a way out, and it would simply spin itself to death. Bo and Hope will find their way back to each other; Carly will probably wind up with Daniel if she is kept on the show; however, the way the writers tried to cast each character’s reasonings wasn’t that bad, actually. It had me on the Bo train one day, and the Hope train the next. Never, ever was I on the Carly train in this relationship, but she didn’t do this to Bo and Hope all by herself; she had a little help …. from Bo and Hope! JMHO.
