he learns the truth. Especially now after breaking his out of wedlock code. I did actually enjoy the scene today – definitely lovemaking here – not just sex.
and I wish I could feel sorry for her, but I absolutely do not. What she did will never be okay with me, and actually I can’t wait for Eric to find out the truth. If it were any other man in Salem, I’d say they deserved it, but this is Eric and he’s been conned by the best. Too bad he gave in to her before he finds out, which will be soon I believe, but I don’t think it will be from Daniel. Really, at this point I don’t care who’s responsible for outing her, as long as Eric learns the truth and what she did. Then if he decides to forgive her, well so be it, but I just don’t see that happening …. at least not until he has time to reflect on what it cost him. I really despise this s/l because it seems Niki is her own worst enemy, and not just in this instance, but always! Too bad, but I expect as usual AZ will give a spectacular performance.
I want to be happy for Nicole, but I just can’t. I love Ari’s acting, but they totally screwed up the SL by having Nicole hide the truth.
I hope that his breaking the "out of wedlock code" will not result in her being pregnant and then forcing him (b/c he’s a good guy) to stay with her. SOOOOOO annoying!!!
Especially since she’s supposed to not be able to have another kid. I keep hoping her baby did not die but the Doc took it and maybe this will eventually be her redemption. But it would truly be unsavory if Eric the once and future priest fathered a child.
For a woman who isn’t supposed to be able to have children, she is certainly fertile! She has already gotten pregnant twice accidentally. Those doctors in Salem are about as competent as the cops.
I couldn’t even watch the bedroom scene. Not a fan of bedroom scenes in general, but it bothered me even more for what Nicole is doing to Eric. As I’ve said before, there could have been plenty of storyline ideas if Nicole had just told him the truth from the beggining and showed him the evidence. Then we could see Eric struggle with whatever decision he made; whether it’s pining for Nicole while going back to be a priest, or choosing Nicole but missing his life as a man of God. Plenty of potential either way they went on this but since they did neither, we have to endure this mess and the aftermath of it.
I really like Eric and Nicole but wish that they did not break his non wedding vow. I fear that when he finds out the truth it will be devestating to him- deceived into doing something against his will! I am not sure they will survive.
and Nicole were in the cabin, still handcupped, etc.? Well, it was then, not after, that Eric declared his feelings for Nicole. She had insisted, several times, that he resolve his feelings for the church (not wanting to be a rival between him and the church). I feel like it was just as much his fault as hers about this mess, for encouraging her. That’s why I’m not so quick to crucify just Nicole, when it was Eric’s fault, too, regarding the whole romance. Can you tell I’m a Nicole fan? However, I do wish she would come clean to Eric about the paper-shredding. I feel if she forgave him for accusing her of the Kristen thing, he should consider forgiving her. (By-the-way, I don’t really think Eric is right for Nicole.) Thanks for listening. JMO. it would really be a shocker if the writers would go down another path for a change and have Nicole finally come clean with Eric and him tell her it’s okay, he understands why she did it and that he lovers her so much his decision to leave the church was a right one after all.
There would probably be fans fainting all over the world!
