Just read on Days Cafe that it was reported Brandon Beemer was dropped from contract status at Bold and Beautiful. They’re speculating that because Shawn D has been mentioned on Days maybe he’ll be coming back to Days.

I’d love to see one of the Belles return to help John and Brady with Basic Black since she was involved with fashion and worked there in the past as a designer. Then Shawn could work with Rafe and Carrie or if Bo & Hope form their own detective agency he could work with them. I know he was in the police accademy but I don’t see him as a cop.
I prefer to see Jason Cook and Kristin Storm to come back. To me they will always be Shawn D and Belle. Did not like the other 2 actors at all.
I liked both Cook and Beemer as Shawn. And I liked both Kirstin and Martha as Belle but I preferred Kristin as the younger Belle and Martha as the mother. I really can’t picture Kirstin with a young daughter.
You know, I think sometimes writers (or producers, whomeover is responsible for stuff like this) really make a huge mistake when they create characters for a show that are so closely related to the main characters and then write them out. It’s so very difficult to maintain credibility when important events occur and we don’t see them come back to town. There are only so many excuses you can use. I don’t know what the solution is but it could be made much better if they would at least refer to them more often.
A good example right now is Philip who is as close as Chicago yet doesn’t even come home for holidays. How realistic is that?
Or at least have a character off screen for a couple of episodes with the explanation that they went to visit them. For example, why couldn’t Victor and Maggie go to Chicago for a long weekend to visit Phillip.
