Participanton the basis of his "rant" they wouldn’t believe this guy had almost a 4.0 average in college.

Participanthe’s probably a very intelligent young man; however, he wouldn’t be the first athlete to make an a$$ of himself in a pre- or post-game interview, and I’m sure he won’t be the last.

ParticipantI was hoping the Broncos would win in hopes that Peyton would retire while he is healthy enough to play with his kids. Now I’m sure he feels like he has something to prove and I pray he does not end up like Steve Grogan. I do not see the Broncs going back to the Super Bowl next year. The Seahawks exposed them big time. Denver’s o-line got manhandled and could not protect Peyton who is not mobile enough to avoid the rush. Denver’s receivers played like they were afraid of getting hit.
I live in Richmond, VA and am extremely happy for Russell Wilson and Michael Robinson. Both are from Richmond and are class acts.

Participantthat Russell Wilson’s agent already has a meeting with the Texans on behalf of Russell, since it’s already been established that he will make less than a million dollars with Seattle next year. “SHO’ ME THE MONEY!” LOL!
Under the 2011 Collective Bargaining Agreement, all contracts for draft picks have a mandatory length of four years, and those contracts cannot be renegotiated until three seasons have passed. So, even if the Seahawsk want to give Wilson a raise, they can’t. He’ll make $526,217 in 2013 and $662,434 in 2014. After his third season, then the Seahawks can reward him with the ‘big bucks.’

Participantthe money they pay these big palookas to go out there and try to maim another human being. And then they have so much money they think they are above the law and commit all kinds of crime and mayhem. There are probably more criminals in the NFL than there is in Folsom. And I’ll bet you can blame 95% of it on the money they make as the contributing cause.

ParticipantI’m glad to see the 4 year contract rule. Actually in the football world those numbers for a Super Bowl winning QB are small potatoes. So Wilson better keep up the good work for a couple more seasons.

Participantwhereas there’s no salary cap in baseball, and chances of injuries are practically nil compared to football.
