    There will be an I Love Lucy Christmas Special on Dec. 20 (CBS), featuring two newly colorized episodes: the long-lost "Christmas Episode" and "Lucy’s Italian Movie," in which she learns to stomp grapes. You can see a video preview of the gang in color at parade.com/Lucy.

    I remember the grape stomping episode. It’s a classic that has been parodied many times. She certainly was a classic and will never be equaled.

    I watched the Lucy special. I will not watch any colorized movies, but I wanted to see the Lucy Christmas episode, which is not shown on TV very often. I must say that the colorization process has improved greatly since it was first done, but I still prefer movies and TV shows in their original presentation.

    but I agree the color somewhat detracted from the nostalgia aspect for me. How bout that fiery red hair of Lucy’s!
