Okay, I got hooked on this – again. How on earth didn’t racecar ace Andretti insist on being PM for a car task is beyond the pale. This guy may be a driving star, but he’s as interesting as milktoast. He did squat the whole season and deserved to be fired.

and I sort of feel the same way about Lou Forigno.  What has he done for anyone lately.  You don’t keep complaining about having nothing to do once you get back to the table in front of Trump.  You speak up while you’re preparing for the task.  If you’re not satisfied with what is designated to you, say it at the time you are given that particular task, not under your breath, not when you’re alone sulking in some corner.  Speak up right then and there.  Lou’s a big cry-baby to me who only speaks up when he’s trying save his own a$$.

that Andretti should have taken the PM.  Adam was much more qualified.  He isn’t a public speaker and has no charisma and would have been totally wrong for the job.  Now if they wanted someone to win a race, then yes, it would be him.  He would have had to take a PM job where he was completely behind the lines.

I think trump made a terrible mistake and should have sent Lou packing instead of Andretti.  He has been totally worthless and everybody says so too.

Arsineo seemed to be the only one to agree with Trump.  Adam did a great job and the whole team agreed.  I’m really surprised the girls won because I thought the guys’ presentation was much better.

but I think they believed that simply because his name is synonymous with cars, that he was the one who would have impressed the Verona (sp?) people and the audience.  Everything isn’t about comedy, and although Adam was a pretty smart guy, I don’t think this time around even his own team agreed with him, i.e., stars in the audience heckling him, etc.  Andretti may have appeared boring, but he was who the sponsors wanted, not Adam, and they may have won on Michael’s name alone.  He could have let anyone be a speaker.  Did Adam even ask him?  I don’t think so.  Andretti stood there like a lump most of the time.  You have to pick a task-master who fits the task, and Andretti was probably the way to go, with some presentation coaching, of course.

I don’t get why the men didn’t win. Except for that awkward moment when the one guy shouted out “You suck!” The execs weren’t thrilled.

Just caught this past week’s episode (the 18th) and Clay is no shrinking violet. He calls it like it is without being arrogant or mean.
Lou was pretty funny in the spot.
I thought it would be a dull season but hasn’t played out that way.

he can get his point across, be aggressive when the need arises, yet still manage to hold everyone’s respect.  Very smart guy.  I’m glad Lou finally got his chance, and he may have been right all along.  He proved he could do a good job if given the chance, but he does seem to like to be in the spotlight alone.  I do think the guys work much better together than the gals — too cliquey and catty toward each other, and Lisa is the "ringleader" from hell.  It does seem to me, though, that when the "clique" wants to get rid of someone ……. SHE’S GONE!

that "Beach Party" theme looked like a lot of fun, and Clay’s singing with the guys doing background of "Under the Boardwalk" was just icing on the cake.  These girls are an absolute trip.  If Lisa and her two baby chicks (Debbie and that arrogant redhead who was PM last night) don’t soon stop bragging about how every idea has been created by them, then sooner or later one of them should be fired instead of others they are constantly condemning.  I liked Patricia and did not feel she should have been fired.  It should have been Aubrey.  It was her job to oversee all of theirs and make the decision about the signs; but, as usual, she took the credit for what went right and Trump stupidly fired Patricia.  Can’t wait until these three have to start blaming each other, if they don’t get fired before then.  Trump does seem to be realizing that the credit they are taking for their creativity has resulted in one loss after another.

on how she’s done this and that and gotten sooo much experience from being with Dannity Kane – like they were together for two minutes and gee, made such an impact. And of course, self-destructed because of egos like Aubrey! Put a sock in that piehole and stop patting yourself on the back – you’re losing!

He never did impress me from the start.  First of all, he’s all talk, no action.  He’s like the 3 monkeys — see no evil; hear no evil; speak no evil.  He could just as well have been invisible to me from day one.  BUT, it could have just as deserving if it would have been Penn who I would have voted off as well.  First, he leaves the show to do a commitment to a Penn & Teller show … I’m surprised Trump didn’t fire him right off the bat for that one.  Then, back in time for their skit for "Walking for Walgreen" proved a disaster when he stated in front of an entire audience, which included Ali Sweeney, who will be promoting it for The Biggest Loser, as well as Walgreen execs, HE CALLS WALGREEN’S "WAL-MART."    AAAAGGGHHHHH …. TALK ABOUT HANGING YOURSELF ……  That was colossal, and I thought he should have been brought back to the boardroom instead of Dyana, who seems to be there every week.

Alison Sweeney once again spread herself thin by participating in this task for promoting not only walking, but she will be either using the skit or promoting it for The Biggest Loser.  That seemed so odd to me that an actor working primarily for NBC under contract with not one but two NBC shows would now be appearing on Celebrity Apprentice, an ABC show, in which her participation and backing would be used to promote her NBC show, The Biggest Loser.  Just seemed very odd to me, but Alison looked beautiful, and she got a pretty good build-up in the compliments department from The Donald.

Anyway, glad Dee Snider is gone, but it was a bit of a surprise for me to watch Arsenio Hall go off on Aubrey like that.  It was one thing when practically the whole team made her know how they felt about how she ruins it for them by rubbing her nose in it with "THERE’S NO ‘I’ IN TEAM," but I had to feel a little embarrassed for her when Arsenio Hall went off on her like a screaming banshee and f-bombed her more than a couple of times …. that was a little too harsh, especially when the other members of the team got their point across.

Trump must have something for Lou F we don’t know about.  IMO, he should have been fired a couple of times previously, or, at least brought to the boardroom.  I disagree that Dee should have gotten the axe this time nor Penn.  There have been a couple of other cases in the past where a person had a previous committment and had to leave so I don’t think that should be held against him.

Yes, Lou did a good presentation, but I think in the long run, Dee is a much better player.  Lou hasn’t really done much of anything in any of the tasks.  He did nothing as PM but handle his own part.  And I don’t think Lou’s "disability" should even enter into it.  After all, Marlee Matlin is totally deaf and look how well she did.

Regarding Ali, to me, she always appears to be "on" when she is shown doing unscripted work.  She seems to come across as insincere and saying and doing what will make a good impression on the viewer.  I’m not sure I’m putting that very succintly but hope you get what I’m saying.  But, I’ll say this for her, she sure did look great.

When she appears on talk shows, she is just too "on" for me and seems to be acting a part instead of being herself.

about A.S. She is obviously driven and likely feels if she wins approval she will go further. It all seems a bit too showbiz phoney. But hey, more power to her, she’s laughing all the way to a huge bank account.
As for Arsenio’s outburst, boy he must have been holding this in for weeks. What a tirade! He took it a bit too far; no need to be that blatantly hurtful.
