Are Chad and Andre with the same company? If the company needs a Demera as the head and the board doesn’t think Andre is qualified for the job, why did Kate have to marry him to become a Demera and be able to head the company if Chad is still alive? Why isn’t Chad qualified since he is a Demera?

Chad was missing at the time and they had to move fast to do a biz deal? Chad did say today he had to now wait 6 months to retrieve the company.

Yes, they got married quickly so she could be named CEO while Chad was missing. Otherwise the board was going to sell the company or something right?

is Kate and Andre had a quickie wedding because the Dimera board assumed Chad was dead and wanted to dismantle the company all while Titan is instating Sonny as CEO. And yet Dimera can’t make any changes for 6 months.
