To be honest I have sort of lost track of the ages of the young people but wasn’t Chad just supposed to have graduated high school and be starting his first yet of college? Yet his birth certificate stated the date of birth was 1990. Now my son was born in 1989 and he is going into his senior year at University of Maryland. So are they skipping around to age this kids a bit or did I see it wrong?
time warp…when he was standing at the bar at the Pub when Will walked in and was speaking to him, at first I thought he was drinking (it looked like a coke to me) and drunk, (instead of in mourning for his mother), the way his eyes were and his mannerisms.
his mom held him back so whoever is his dad wouldn’t be able to make the connection
and he doesn’t even know his real age…except his name on his birth certificate was Woods which is his dad’s name. Who knows? But turning 20 in March of your senior year in HS is wayyyyy old!
It looks like the writers DID forget about the adoption angle as Chad’s name on his b.cert. was Peterson-Woods which means the DA and Madeline were married when he was born. Figures. But, if that’s the case, it was even more dispicable for him to talk to Chad that way. I could have seen it (not condone it however) if he had been adopted but not to his own biological son.
Doubt he’d have been accepted to Wake Forest if he were in a special ed. class. I wouldn’t be surprised if they make it so that Madeline has a "real" birth certificate and a phoney one. Chad is 20, but thinks he’s 18. He is really tall so that might be the angle the writers are going for.
