Thank you @doolfan. It’s obvious certain characters didn’t exist on Days, that doesn’t mean the character couldn’t have existed. It’s a soap opera.
So you are telling me that these characters could have existed before the writers’ minds created them?
The characters may have existed in the minds of the writers: YES. What I’m getting is the time frame as to when the writers created the characters much less their background. That’s the issue that I have.

I’m telling you the writers created the characters, storylines and when they will be in Salem and appear to us on Peacock. When they wrote this storyline doesn’t matter, it may have been a couple of years ago, who knows. The point is the characters and stories are fiction, so the writers can create whatever story they want with whatever backstory they want.
Even when the show never had those characters? So how would anyone by the backstories involving characters that weren’t an inception yet?
