In a show that has been so sad lately, I loved the scenes with Daniel and Nicole today. Especially the dance to John Legend’s All Of Me. I cried. I know this probably took place instead of their first dance…
I just love the way the show is being shot too. So many scenes are being shot outside of the box we haven’t seen in, well, maybe ever. (Even Aiden’s) Love it.
of my beefs with Days in the past. No sense of fun or lightness. Even the music had been dropped. Loved that dance today and Daniel is pretty darn good.
I loved the Nicole/Daniel scenes today. They truly look madly in love with one another. Guess their real life love off-screen is why it is so easy for them to portray their reel-life love on-screen. I, too, loved the dance and the song, and thought it was done well. I must say, it was much better than the waltz Hope and Aiden tried to do at the failed gala. I don’t understand the hate for Daniel Jonas on some (mainly one) boards I see. I think they are great together and simply exude sexual chemistry. I’m not looking forward to seeing her devestation if/when Daniel is gone, especially if he is killed, but who knows … they might both be so fed up with the personal criticism they get by being a solid couple in love, she might just decide to say adios shortly thereafter herself. I do hope AZ decides to stay, but I DO NOT want the writers to reunite her with Eric Brady. That ship has sailed for me.
No issue with Shawn – but Daniel has always been a bit too "holier than thou" for me – and for no good reason since he’s pretty much a man whore.
The character never clicked for me – and I don’t at all see the appeal of Shawn (no disrespect to the actor but he looks like a dirty surfer dude.)
I’m okay with AZ going – I’ve always "liked" Nicole but I’m not at all interested in who she loves this week. If she is gonna remain then let her be a ruthless business woman!!! Run BB with Kate and give us a corporate espionage story of something LOL… I am not interested in Nicole telling us who she is in love with (again.) THAT ship has sailed for me.
what personal criticism this pair would get. What is the nature? Are people just jealous or simply exercising an opportunity to be mean? I do think some of these hurtful posters do this just to get a rise out of people and make themselves seem important.
I would hate to see AZ depart and would hope, as was suggested that writers would seize the chance to give her a dynamic SL other than the unlucky in love one that has been her calling card.mean doesn’t begin to express the hatred people have for not only the character of Daniel Jonas, but it extends to SC personally as well, which boggles my mind. I love SC and AZ together. All people want is Ericole, and I for one hope that NEVER happens. I have a feeling it might, though, but it must have some kind of hurt when the actors read the hate people have for a "soap opera" character, and then extend it to the actor himself, and it’s adnauseum on one board in particular. Some may think it doesn’t affect the actor, and they simply laugh it off, but I don’t believe that for a minute. If it was just a post here or there that was hateful, that would be one thing, but this poor guy gets it day in and day out, even when the character of Daniel isn’t even on. They do the same thing to Alison Sweeney and her character, Sami Brady. It’s disgusting, but I look at it as them just degrading themselves.
had a male and a female posting that did nothing but post hatred, hatred for the show, the characters, the actors, and even the posters. And not just nasty, it was downright dirty, vitriolic, and hurtful. The only think I can think of is that they were just plain sick mentally. It was the reason I left because of all the hatred. We had one gay guy who was just as nice and sweet as could be and they bashed him (and his lifestyle) unmercifully. I would have fought back but he didn’t, just took it.
I was so fearful they would find this group and come and ruin it also When I first joined that one there would sometimes be 50 or more posts daily and by the time I left, so many people had abandoned the group there were hardly 3 or 4a day. A real shame.
Anyway, that’s a good example of why people write what they do, for attention and you know what they say, negative attention is better than none at all.
moderator of that group I’d kick their sorry butts off. Yes, there is free speech but personal hateful bashing and bullying has no place. Sometimes you need to take a stand and run a tight ship.
Is there no one on that group who lets these low lives have it??I really think Daniel was handsome clean-shaven. Before that he was often disheveled. Now I think he reminds me of Robert Downey. Jr.
it was a news group which has no rules or regulations. And yes, many people tried but they were just brought in to the bashing circle also. You can’t imagine the hateful things that they said about me. They said I killed the baby I had (that was a miscarriage) because I was afraid it would be as ugly as I am. And my husband died because he couldn’t stand living with me any more. And that’s mild compared to the things they said to the poor gay guy. We even tried ignoring them but they persisted. I really don’t understand what makes people like that act the way they do, I believe they were psychopathic…or sociopathic, one or the other. There was a psychologist in the group that begged them to get help. Ha! Little did that do.
Bonbon, You deserved none of that Those are truly sick individuals. Grief is had enough without that vile venom. I know your arms ached when you lost that baby, and the loss of your husband is a recurring pain. These people are evil and suffering from very dark souls. Remember the goodtimes with your husband.
but I guess it does no good to respond to faceless idiots who use the internet to take out on others what they really wish to say to the ones they really want to say it to in person. Sad, miserable souls!
Lord of the Flies, when you get a pack mentality and the dark side of people is unleashed. I wonder how old these idiots are – sounds like “mean girls” types. No way would these bottom feeders have the guts to make these banal statements on an individual basis. The anonymity of the internet has brought out the worst in people and I don’t think it is anything as complex as a psychological condition. It just gives people a license to get some evil kicks and feel superior.
