Joe M’s interview makes no mention of a return….so I am not sure what they mean.
Roman arrests for Stefano’s murder. Joe’s interview in SOD indicated that he’s enjoying his time off and didn’t know about a return BUT was told by someone on the show that his name appears in future scripts. So who knows.
After all, if he did fake his death he must have known the pain it would cause her and that he couldn’t be at her side when she died. How cold. Maybe there is another turn that will bring Joe back as a Stefano look-alike but leave the evil master dead.
you don’t think Stefano could do that to Lexie. How about what John, Marlena, Bo, Hope, Rafe, and Carrie did to THEIR loved ones? And they’re supposed to be the caring good guys.
I’m still leaning towards Stefano committing suicide (if he isn’t coming back, that is). You have to admit, he was very dispondant over things, i.e. EJ not being his son and being resonsible for Lexie dying. Why else would he leave his house wide open (where were his servants?) and goad each one of them into shooting him?
Just come back as a ghost, like Isabella does every now and then. I could accept that, I cannot accept Stefano being alive again. Also, Joe is getting up in age. If they kill him off, but allow his ghost to come on infrequently, if something happens to him, there wont be a need to make major storyline changes. They just won’t have his ghost on anymore.
maybe being E.J.’s conscience or something of that nature, but to have him shot from behind, we see the bullet hole in the back of the chair which went through the chair, into Stefano’s back and out his chest (as explained by Roman), then the shooter even takes his pulse to make sure he’s dead, then coroner pronounces him dead, and finally we will witness a funeral service with Stefano in an OPEN casket (which we will see later this week) would just be too much to accept for me. No, I say let him be dead and come back as a ghost to teach E.J. how to be a true phoenix; or, better yet, to torment Kate. That would be worth watching for me.
in the open coffin etc. and he ended up returning too. With some lame excuse of how his vitals were made to appear as though he had died but wasn’t and even Kayla believed he was dead at that point. Who knows with Days.
especially since these writers are famous for the wash, rinse, repeat cycle with their story lines. I just know I’m sooooo past that type of writing and would hope they would not have decided to go there again.
I mean, how many ways was he dead? I can’t remember them all but the final one was he was killed then burned up in a car wreck yet he still came back to life. He was almost like Rasputin. If they want to bring you back, they’ll bring you back. Remember seeing Stefano’s ashes on the mantle for so long? That return was pretty hard to swallow too.
With everyone trying to undo the bad blood between them (Kate burns the divorce papers, EJ trying to hide the documents that say he’s not a TRUE DiMera) it would be great if Stefano isn’t really dead. But I really don’t want a "back from the dead" storyline unless it was something set up by the authorities whether it’s the CIA or ISA to flush out someone else like Harmon or protect him from the arms dealers.
