Kristen is a DeMira, through & through. Kristen may have been adopted by Stefano, but he did legally change her name to DeMira, so she can legally vote as to who would be the next CEO of her family business, but can Megan, given that Stefano never legalized her surname to be his?
From what Megan said the other day, Hathaway was the name she used so no one would know her connection to Stefano. She changed her name to Dimera on Monday or Tuesday. I’m sure it wouldn’t be that difficult for her to reclaim her name and her place at Dimera. Chad’s name wasn’t Dimera until he decided to claim it.
I see what you are getting at, Chad is out at DiMera, he may have shares, but remember, he has no voting rights given that he gave EJ his shares, with what he & Kate had done, I forget as to what they had but they did surrender there shares over to EJ, did they not?, so with how Stefano legally changed Kristen’s name to his own, why didn’t he when it came to Megan, & without her DiMera name being legalized which it was when it concerned Kristen, raises questions as to how she has voting power, no matter if she has immunity or not, there is still perception, so wouldn’t Wei use that perception to stop Megan in having any voting power?
