Can’t help but think in the real world how crazy it would be for a girlfriend of two years to come back after 30 years and decide she wants to break up her ex and his wife of 30 YEARS! This is insane! Even with a “kid” involved. He’s an adult, there’s nothing to co-parent. And let’s say these people are in their mid sixties, who has the energy to off somebody over their boyfriend from decades ago? I don’t see the appeal.
Diana is not quite sane. That vision she had with John coming to her door to say Marlena was gone – the look on her face was super silent screen Norma Desmond. Plus, wanting to lace Doc with Penicillin.
Ive been racking my brain trying to figure out who she reminded me of and you hit the nail on the head. However, it’s almost the Carol Burnett version of Norma Desmaond, lol! She’s so cartoonish.
But must I had to admit I LOL during the fantasy scenes last week when John blew his nose and the sound effect was so loud.
Had to look her up. The picture of Gloria Swanson playing her does remind me of Diana. That overdone eyeliner makes her look awful (no offense to Judith who is actually very pretty).
