I may be wrong, but I think so. I think this is why Hope told Nick yesterday when he asked if it a taped conversation was legal in Family Court that it would depend on the judge. As far as I can determine, the rule is:
Pursuant to federal and state wiretapping statutes, a person is legally permitted to record and tape a conversation only if the person who is doing the recording or taping is a party to the conversation. Otherwise, the court would rule it as the invasion of privacy, and would coincide with a violation of criminal and civil wiretap laws.
I think if Nick does take this to court, this is how he could lose his case.

But I think this whole thing of trying to pin that shooting on Will is bogus. He didn’t kill EJ, he only shot him. I don’t think a DA would even care to pursue that case.
February 15, 2013 at 2:18 am #37888shadowParticipantI thought he looked completely stupid nakid with that valentine in front of him in bed.
February 15, 2013 at 4:17 am #37889majencoParticipantThat cracked me up! What an idiot!
February 15, 2013 at 9:48 am #37892BonbonParticipanthe wasn’t even wearing a jock strap. We didn’t need to see that. In fact, I hate when they have the guys in towels (or shorts) and you can see indentations (don’t know what to call them) slanting from their hips going downward. It makes me think they must shave or wax "down there" like the girls do.
February 15, 2013 at 2:35 pm #37897PattiParticipantIt was vulgar to a fault for me.
February 15, 2013 at 4:05 pm #37898caseyParticipantare why I question for instance, Days’ motives in the gay kissing/makeout scenes. Any chance to reveal more skin or put any couple they can on sexual display appears to me like coming from a “sex sells” mentality.
February 15, 2013 at 8:41 pm #37901justwonderingParticipantI really didn’t think that it was gross. He just wanted to surprise his "valentine". Yes there was a lot of skin, but it did not offend me. Just a young guy celebrating his love for his girl.
I don’t really like what Nick is doing, he is very controlling over Gabi. I just don’t get why she lets him tell her what to do. She is smart and can make her own decisions. I don’t think that she would keep Will away from their child.
I am guessing we will learn more about his prison experience to help explain his actions.

February 16, 2013 at 5:55 pm #37917BonbonParticipantor someone may accuse you of being homophobic. ;o)
