I wonder if there is any chance for Leo to ask Dimitri if he would allow Leo to show his papers to EJ DiMera to see if it stipulates that Dimitri has to marry a female to get the von Leuschner money, remember, EJ is a lawyer, & that it was Leo who rescued EJ & Kristen, did he not, so wouldn’t EJ be in debt to Leo?
I’ve been wondering if there was a stipulation about Dimitri having to marry a woman or if he just has to get married. I could see Leo asking someone or digging around. My only thing is that he is so close to Gwen, I think the storyline may go so far as to Leo letting Gwen marry Dimitri and Leo having an affair with Dimitri.
Dimitri proposed that arrangement yesterday. Marry Gwen and keep Leo on the side. Leo didn’t respond. I imagine if he goes along with it, he’ll want some of that fortune for himself and maybe even Gwen.
With how Leo tried to propose to Dimitri, the way that he did, shows to me, I think that once Leo begins to ask someone or digging around, I wonder if he marries Dimitri, leading Dimitri to believe that he’s Gwen, & sends an invitation to Gwen as well as a copy of Dimitri’s papers, showing that DVL was only marrying Gwen to get the VL fortune, she shows up & stops the wedding that has DVL learning that Leo had scammed him. Could this play out?
As I stated earlier, I was bingeing Yellowstone, so as of today, I’m behind 4 episodes. Going to try and catch up somewhat today. I guess if there is a stipulation, which I’m going to guess is there so that Dimitri can have another heir to the Von Leuschner fortune, he would marry Gwen and even consider having a baby with her. Leo on the side, would really just be another version of the Craig and Nancy story and we’ll have to watch Gwen be as devastated as Nancy was and again Leo being the other man.
Marrying Gwen and having Leo on the side only benefits Dimitri. Gwen and Leo would both miss the chance to finding true love. Even if they get VL money it may not be enough. I hope Leo speaks up and stops this entire scheme.
But the difference with Craig & Nancy is this. Craig came out later in life, Dimitri had always had been gay & never acted on it, when Craig had outed himself to his family, he had brought up that he had acted on it in which Dimitri didn’t, did he?
Then this, when Jackie Cox came into play to halt Leo’s wedding, it was put out there as to why Leo was marrying Craig, but is that the case now?
