On the February 27, 2023, this episode was the best episode I have ever seen. But there were some setbacks to the episode. One, I can’t see Megan using the prisms to bring Bo back to life, given that Bo is returning to Salem with Hope & their daughter, Ciara, so how could she use the prisms to bring him back to the living, with who he’s returning to Salem with?
When she had brought up that Stefano made minions of Marlena, why not bring up that it was Hattie that died, she was the only clone of Marlena that Stefano had Rolf to make?
With the Ericole scenes, featuring Jensen Ackles, & yet they refuse to use the footage that they have of James Scott’s EJ for when Celestino’s Miguel had him shot in which featured Feuerriegel’s EJ, given that back then was before his new face was given to the character of EJ?

If I’m not mistaken, he actually came out of that thing she had him in and he walked away. I thought that’s when he went to find Hope.
Stefano didn’t have minions, he had clones. Remember not long ago, Rolf brought up to Kristen that there were clones. Many had speculated that the women who died were the clones, but as we can now see, only Marlena out of the three had any clones and one of them was used in the casket to be a dead Marlena. Megan also mentioned they didn’t have a clone of Kayla, so they did the best they could. As for Kate, no clone necessary to replace her, because she was cremated or so everyone thought. It is someone else’s ashes in the urn.
I think the reason they could use Jensen Ackles is because Eric and Nicole were very young in those scenes. Remember when Nicole said, “we were practically different people?” That was to add some humor to the fact that Eric was a different actor. I really didn’t mind because this whole episode was a nod to Ari’s 25 years on the show. I don’t think this could work with using James Scott in flashbacks. He was older and it just wouldn’t work. Maybe a teenage EJ would, but not an adult EJ.

EJ & Eric are vastly different characters, yes, granted JA was 19 at the time of Eric’s romance with Nicole, but remember, Eric didn’t lose his face the way that James Scott’s EJ did, did he? remember, the time period of the shooting, that was way before Feuerriegel was even hired to play the role, given how many years later he showed up as EJ, right?
The other discrepency is this, yes, granted Paulina & Roman have no idea that they were talking to who’s ever ashes, but still, how did they both hear Kate’s voice coming from that urn in which the remains in it wasn’t Kate’s?

If she were cloned, her clones would look like homely Hattie, not glamorous Marlena. DNA is used to create a clone, so more than likely, Rolf harvested DNA from Marlena at some point in time when Stefano had her, and her harvested DNA was used to create Marlena clones. That said, there is absolutely no possible way ever for Hattie’s DNA to be used to create a Kate or Kayla clone. This is science not conjecture. Read up on Dolly the sheep.
I see what you’re saying about EJ. He did get burned at some point and so there is a possibility to use old footage, however this may be where James Scott has the right to his image and he may not agree to let Days use it. I’m guessing Jensen Ackles gave them permission. I recall they wanted to use Tom Horton’s image for something and MacDonald Carey’s family would not allow them to use it, so they ended up doing something where we assumed it was Tom Horton, but it wasn’t.
As for Roman and Paulina, I think it’s just coincidence that Kate was able to get through to them when they were with the urn. Maybe they heard her because they were at the bar. That may be the place Kate was imagining when she was reaching out to Roman. Seriously, if you had to imagine Roman in your head in a place in Salem, you wouldn’t imagine him in the alley or the town square, you’d picture him in the Pub and the bar. That happened to be where Paulina was all by herself. If Roman had been there, I bet he would have heard her too.

It wouldn’t be the first time that happened, given when Xander had shot her on her wedding day to John, it turned out that Marlena was in fact Hattie, right?
How does James Scott have the right to his image, when he played their character, the character that they have created & yet they allow the actor to have the rights to his image?
I had a magazine once of celebrity impersonators, one of them has the name Timothy Watters, he used the Clinton persona for a commercial in Canada, but yet Clinton didn’t have the rights to his image, because if he had, Watters wouldn’t have been in the magazine, now would he?
