I was surprised they sent Rochon home.  I was pretty sure it’d be Maks and Sara because it’s just so obvious the judges don’t like him.  I know I’m not a dancing judge but I certainly didn’t think they deserved such low scores on Monday.

I also think Jaleel is a better dancer than Rochon but Rochon DID do a better rhumba last night.  I didn’t much care for him though so glad he’s gone.  I can’t help but think Maks and Sara will be next though.  Say, has Maks ever won the mirror ball?  I don’t think so.  He seems to be a pretty good choreographer and teacher so it’s gotta be he just hasn’t had a partner with any kind of talent.  Poor guy.

I really loved Derrik and Maria’s paso though.  They definitely deserved the 30.  Their "alternate ending" last night was very clever also.

in that it was Jaleel White who got eliminated, not Rochon.  As much as I love Maks, Melissa Gilbert just does not have what it takes, and Jaleel White is a better dancer than Melissa Gilbert any day.  I do wish Maks would stop grabbing the men’s butts though.  Doesn’t make him look too manly, IMHO.  As for Jaleel White, he should learn when to speak and when to shut up and dance.  His criticism of the judges did not go unnoticed, I’m sure.

I said Rochon did a better rumba than Jaleel.

for so long and never won are Maks and Tony.  I so wish that Tony would have been lucky enough to have been parterned with Maria or Kathryn this year.  He’s the one that I want to see win.  As for Jaleel, I think he sealed his fate with his words about the judges.  He and Rochon were pretty evenly matched in the dance-off, but I think that Chelsea put more footwork into their performance and that helped Rochon to win.  Melissa and Maks should be the next to go.

He is such a cutie.  I think if Maks would tone down his comments he might get more favorable marks from the judges.  But, you still have to have a partner who can pull the whole thing off to win.  It doesn’t matter how good of a teacher or choreographer you are, if your "star" doesn’t have it, they just don’t have it.

Another one I think is very talented (although doesn’t really have the personality of some of the other pros) is Louis Van Amstel.  Have you noticed how many of the pro dances he choreographs?  They have a ton of professional talent on that show but, unfortunately, only one of them can win.
