I don’t care whether he’s BAD or GOOD! I’m on the EJ train FOREVER! The writers can continue to dig this character’s grave deeper and deeper…not gonna change my mindset about him! I like this character (and actor) a lot! He’s a turn-on, bad or good…doesn’t matter to me.
Who’s with me?!
I have always liked the character of EJ and I think the actor is fantastic. I like most of the SLs he is in. While I love the character, I still at times hate what he is doing. I also do not like him with Sami.
EJ is the character I love to hate. I think it is just his personality or something about him. But I hate what he does, but I still love the character, does that make sense?
Ej is the character I love to hate, unlike Kate, whom I just hate. I think the writing and acting involving EJ have been great. He has developed into such a complex character. I bounce between thinking he’s pure evil and a caring, redeemed person, sometimes in the same show. Maybe he’s a true sociopath, since he can be so loving with Sydney, and then not blink when it comes to killing or harming someone else. That’s why I can’t want him with Sami (whom I see as redeemed, although still often stupid) or Arianna. I think that’s why I’ve wanted him with Nicole for a long time. I love the character, even though she can do the most despicable things. She, too, is complex and sympathetic. I see them as being equals on most levels.
I think EJ is awful, horrible, devious, slimy, brutal and a real sociopath. He is good at masquerading as a good guy…but he isn’t a good guy. As his mother might have said, EJ is just "bad, bad, bad!"
he can change at the drop of a dime, but he always has an agenda. It is the end justifies the means. There is nothing good about him alghouth I liked him with Nicole. I thought they complemented each other. She knew what he was and still loved him. He could never get Sami out of his head, but I am not sure it was love or dominating. Either way I don’t like him, trust him don’t believe a word he says. he is the master manipulator.
