    She’s legally a DiMera from marrying Tony but they got divorced so she’s not longer legally a member of that family, only a foster of Stefano.

    Not that I remember.  It was always Kristen and Peter Blake until Kristen married Tony or was it Andre pretending to be Tony?  That’s when she became a legal DiMera.

Although raised by villain Stefano DiMera after the death of her parents (her mother was later discovered to be alive and well), Kristen and Peter were never legally adopted by him.
