Wow, EJ is a shadow of his former self. What happened to the man of power, the crack shot attorney who would dominate a acene? His performance yesterday,(MON 3-4) was weak and incomplete. If this is what happens when he is with Sami, then they need to break up!!
The threat that he gave Nick was weak, to say the least. I would have expected him to say, "William, you are not to sign that paper at this time." then turn to Nick and say, "I helped get you out, and I will do all in my power to send you back to jail".
At the very least, Nick is guilty of coercing Will to do something against his will. He is also guilty of taping Will without his permission, and attempting to blackmail him. I would think that all of these are violations to parole.
But to me, the easiest thing to do is tape Nick and play EVERYTHING to Gabby and check her reaction cause I don’t think she would go along with it.
March 5, 2013 at 6:41 pm #38328layseaParticipantEJ is turning in to a whipped pup!!! I’m hoping he has something up his sleeve. I couldn’t beleive that he didn’t give Will any advice or tell him not to sign the papers. And, I agree, someone needs to tell Gabbi what her man is up to!!
Nick has broke so many probation laws, he could easily be sent back to jail. I think the writers just think we are stupid and don’t see what should really be happening.
March 5, 2013 at 6:48 pm #38330bluebonnetParticipanthis probation! Why wouldn’t EJ counter with that? And, where was the attorney that EJ hired for Will when this whole paternity issue arose?
March 5, 2013 at 7:08 pm #38335PattiParticipantnot believing Nick is purposely finding ways to keep Will out of the baby’s life, that he’s been unwilling to accept help from anyone and still won’t admit to what’s clearly right in front of him. Now, after today, maybe he’ll realize that everyone EXCEPT him have been right, and what a fool he’s been.
March 5, 2013 at 8:36 pm #38340BonbonParticipantIt must be something I missed. The only thing I can think of is the blackmail but he could easily argue himself out of that. If you noticed, he hasn’t said anything incriminating in front of anybody but Will. All he’s said is how much better it would be for the baby if Will signed.
And there’s definitely something up with Sami because before EJ left the room he asked her if she was sure she wanted to go through with it and she said yes. So, sounds to me like they have something pre-planned.
March 5, 2013 at 9:19 pm #38347maryanneParticipantI think Nick is a fool for not being afraid of EJ or Sammi
I wouldn’t cross either of them!March 5, 2013 at 10:44 pm #38350PattiParticipantfor everyone to be "keeping this to themselves," as Nick demanded. They should be shouting it from the rooftops. What’s he going to do, admit he coerced Will into signing? No, but then Will has 4 eyewitnesses to him blackmailing Will into signing, and that stupid notary, who should lose his certification for going along with it. Oh, well, all for the plot — for, for sure, something wicked his way cometh, and I for one can’t wait.
