The scenes regarding the passing of Doug will be seen on Seaforth’s birthday, so with those scenes playing up Doug’s passing, should the character of Julie to go through that without her grandson Eli being there? The reason as to why I’m bringing this up is because Eli did have his children babysat by Doug & Julie, did he not?
February 25, 2024 at 9:15 am #60907mommytutuParticipantScenes with Doug’s passing won’t be seen until about 6 months from now. We’ve seen no previews for that. I don’t even know if they’ve shot the episode with Doug’s passing yet, considering Susan is probably still home and grieving Bill’s passing.
February 25, 2024 at 3:25 pm #60908zodiacpisces1971ParticipantIf they haven’t shot the episode of Doug’s passing yet, then why put it up when it comes to Hayes’ headshot & that quote that was seen on the February 21, 2024 episode? With this show taping their episodes six months in advance & that the those scenes will be seen on Seaforth’s birthday, July 11 to be exact, wouldn’t you think that they would taped those scenes a month before now, meaning, last month of January?
February 26, 2024 at 8:51 am #60912mommytutuParticipantThey just dedicated the episode to his memory. They did the same when John Aniston died and even when Arlene Sorkin died.
February 26, 2024 at 3:50 pm #60913zodiacpisces1971ParticipantWhen did they show Sorkin’s headshot in order to dedicate the episode to her?
Are you telling me that when they play up Doug’s death in July, that when Doug passes then, that it will be off-screen given that the last episodes he had taped was when Rikaart’s got the skinny on the Horton Family.February 27, 2024 at 8:07 am #60914mommytutuParticipantNo, his last scene will be in May. His death will be played out some time after May.
February 27, 2024 at 3:44 pm #60915zodiacpisces1971ParticipantIf BH’s Doug’s last scenes are in May, then wouldn’t you think that his services will be shown in November, not July 11, Seaforth’s birthday, given that they did put that out there, didn’t they? Then explain as to when they had up Sorkin’s headshot to play up that she recently passed?
February 27, 2024 at 5:20 pm #60916doolfanParticipantDoug’s last scenes are in May. That means they were shot around November. Bill Hayes died in early January. The story about Doug’s passing and funeral can be shot anytime after January. That puts it on air this summer.
February 28, 2024 at 7:20 am #60917zodiacpisces1971ParticipantSo with that, does that mean that we will see it play out in July. Because they did put it out there that on Seaforth’s birthday will be that the viewers will see it unfold on July 11?
February 28, 2024 at 8:19 am #60918doolfanParticipantIf you saw somewhere from a legitimate source that it will play out on July 11 then maybe that is what will happen.
