    Okay, we’ve got EJ leaving. Kristen coming back briefly and then departing. Tony dead (supposedly). Chad is gone. The aging Joe M has only had limited airtime and I don’t see it increasing.
    Do you think we are seeing the end of the Dimera dynasty? I do think it’s time to say goodbye. Any thoughts on whether Days will bring in another villain family?

    Dimera’s may be back burnered but never gone from Days. At some point the Chad character will be broght back. Stranger things have happened, in a couple of years johnny could be back as a 20 year old.

    at us with that necklace Kate got from Stefano. There is something behind that. I don’t believe they showed us that for no reason at all. Yes, maybe it’ll have something to do with the Dimera Empire downfall. Stay tuned…

    the Dimeras are gone forever!  They will replace them with another evil dynasty.  If Chad and Johnny are back, it would be okay.  I just couldn’t stand to look at Stefano and EJ anymore.  Their personalities grossed me out.

    but I don’t think it will matter. I think the DiMeras are a dying empire and on their way out. Once E.J. is gone, what’s left. I cannot imagine Joe M. going on much longer with this role, and replacing him with another actor would be unconscionable for me.
