I always look forward to the ball hanging and this year I found it particularly touching. When Doug had the younger set promise they would keep the tradition it made me sad. I think Susan S Hayes wasn’t merely acting when her hubby said “when we’re gone…” and she looked pained. I mean B H is approaching 90 and even though still robust, no one lives forever.
BTW, that Horton tree is getting mighty crowded.
even though there were some very sad moments, especially with Lucas. Loved his scene with Maggie. Broke my heart to hear the hurt in his voice when he spoke of Will. I’m also really liking Chase Jennings. The young man is very believable in his role and it was so very nice to see the family show him their love. I’m almost hopeful he’s NOT the one bullying poor Theo.
The love of my life probably won’t be with us this time next year, and that song coupled with the ornament hanging really tore me up. I also loved them giving Chase an ornament. The young man is doing a good job. Hope he gets to stay around a while. Perhaps he will find out the Dimeras forced his dad to try and murder Hope.
