Looks like that time jump come after Halloween. I don’t know how far forward they’re going to go, but I’m guessing at least a year. That could be good, if we’re spared all of the pregnancies in Salem.
The forward jump happens on the show’s anniversary.
There will be flashbacks, so don’t be too hopeful about avoiding all the pregnancies.
better be interesting enough for me to stay with DOOL; because, truth be told, this show is boring the hell out of me right now and has been for quite some time. IMO, Ron Carlivati is one horrible headwriter, and the acting itself is starting to look pathetic as well. Talking about jumping forward, I already do that just about every day anyway by using my fast-forward button.
Boring, repetitive dialogue. Stupid SLs. Titan and DiMera are a joke the way they change CEOs like I change underwear. No way would a company do that IRL. Nobody works except for Kayla. My FF button has been busy too.
know of no company in outside of Salem that hires a CEO without an education. Where did Gabi’s education come from? At least Anna is thinking clearly when she pointed out ot Tony that he has to experience running a company.
the time jump will affect the Jordan SL. I doubt she’d be without serious conflict for a year. And that actually could be one of the more interesting stories so I’d have to think it would all be in flashback.
and that might be fun, depending on who/what they are about. One I’m looking forward to that I have read about will be the return of Sami and E.J.’s son, Johnny DiMera, being a "chip off the old block" where his grandfather Stefano is concerned, although I doubt it would be effective unless the character is aged. I don’t know how it would work using the Kunitz twins, although I did love them in the role.
