I know lots think Jack’s a goofball, but I was impressed with him yesterday. It wasn’t because of what he did to mend fences between Jennifer and Abbey (right now I couldn’t care less what happens to Abbey), but how he didn’t take Jennifer at her word when she told him she wants him back. Jennifer more times than not turned her back on Jack when Daniel was still in the picture … a time when he needed her most … so that made his rejection of her yesterday sort of bittersweet for me. Does Jen really want Jack back, or does she just miss him in her life (or her bed) because she doesn’t have Daniel there now? Either way, I think Jack did the right thing for Jack yesterday …. more than for Abbey or for Jennifer. Guess we’ll see how much Jennifer wants Jack back when Daniel returns.
Jenn was all-fire certain she is ready to take back Jack. And kudos (for once) to Days for working admirably on Jack. Please, no backtracking!
right now–much more than wishy-washy Jennifer. I want Daniel to go in different direction (with another woman), so hopefully he and Jennifer don’t get back together if and when he comes back. Jack just has such a big heart and it clearly showed in yesterday’s episode. I don’t want him to get hurt any more.
