Hattie has been gone for 3 years & she had to be brought up by Brady?

I know that Beyond Salem 1 & 2 are in a different universe, but still, why have E.D. playing three people, meaning, playing the Sister Moira & also Thomas DeMira, & also Susan Banks, given that Megan had brought up that Susan prevented the shooting of Hope in Canada, & then 5 months later they have S.H. playing Susan when they killed her off by way of Ava? Especially when E.D is 16 years older than Martsolf, don’t you think that they should keep S.H. playing all three characters?

Why the need for Brady’s hostility towards who he thought was Hattie? Hattie allowed herself to be passed off as Marlena when Steve was Stevano, Hattie’s Marlena when she married John had Will’s memories come rushing back.
