Not sure if I posted this or not, but wondering who all watches Hells kitchen??? I think this show is hilarious, he curses every other word, then. On master chef he rarely curses at all! lol. Those judges on MC sure can be clean though, ESP Joe I think he’s the meanest. My fav on MC. has to be Christine, she’s the blind woman, I think the top 3 might be Christine, Felix, and maybe Monty? On Hells kitchen, not sure you I want to win, I like Clemenza. But I really don’t care for any of the girls. I think chef Ramsey has bipolar disese. Lol
it could be Barbie. She seems to be gaining strength. Right now I can’t see any of the guys making it. I’m sure Ramsey lays the foul language on thick for a reason. Afterall, it is titled Hell’s Kitchen!
if it was on here were discussing this or if it was with my DIL (old age, ya know!). But…I just don’t understand what the necessity of that language on TV is. Yes, I’ve used a few words myself but I don’t think it has a place on TV or in the movies. I recently saw Ted and enjoyed the show but why they had to have so many F-words in it, I don’t know.
These people know they are on TV so should refrain from that language. I’m sure it’s done for the shock value but I still don’t think it’s necessary. I just wonder how many people prefer the shows with or without the expletives.
the "F" word in living color on a news show – was very shocked he wasn’t fired on the spot. But I come from a time that wouldn’t let Lucy say the word "pregnant" and Laura and Rob had to sleep in twin beds. As far as "He__’s Kitchen" and Gordon Ramsey…it’s is crass if you cannot articulate a sentence without a cuss word in it. If you can’t let your children and grandchildren watch a cooking show because of the language now-days…then bring back the blue censors.
I also have a real problem with taking the Lord’s name in vain – let’s see Hollyweird crowd start spouting "Oh f’ing Mohammad" and see how fast they last (they’d be burning down the Hollywood sign the same day), yet it is so alright to offend Christians and Jews. As the song goes, "If you don’t stand for something – you will fall for anything…"
