Aside from Las Vegas where you can get married and divorced in the same day, is there any other state that has such quick divorce laws? It was fast but this is the Illinois law on divorce. They still need to go to a judge.
The Illinois divorce laws require residency in the state for at least 90 days, but there is no waiting periodbefore your divorce is final. Illinois also recognizes "no fault" divorce on the grounds of "irretrievable breakdown" or after a legal separation of at least two years.
do the writers have any idea where they are going? I’ve never seen any great romance or commitment between them. They are constantly butting heads, never agree, plus mistrust. Who can root for them? I would love to see them break apart permanently as they are hardly a supercouple and how Days depicts them lacks confidence or clarity.
