She secretly tries to get pregnant!! Are you serious?
Then Sami moves in the Dimera mansion when EJ asks her. I hope Will moves out again and moves in with Aunt Maggie. Keep moving away from Sami Will!
April 22, 2010 at 12:39 pm #12331GrockieParticipantis so uninteresting. Need to write off her character.
April 22, 2010 at 12:50 pm #12332DeeLanParticipantI love it. People who don’t want to get pregnant or told they can’t get pregnant end up getting pregnant at the drop of a hat. Here someone actually tries to get pregnant and watch, she won’t.
April 22, 2010 at 1:07 pm #12336PattiParticipantmainly because she is always chasing after someone who wants someone else, and she is always second choice. Now that’s pathetic. I agree…either give her a stronger personality and a good storyline, or write her off. She is a useless character.
April 22, 2010 at 1:15 pm #12338mbwParticipantThat is not only pathetic, it’s plain stupid. I’m sure she’s not even thinking of the poor child she may have. Born to a mother who isn’t ready to parent and a father who has been tricked.
I agree, I would love to see Will move in with Aunt Maggie.
April 22, 2010 at 8:16 pm #12349ellenkbParticipantDoes noone in Salem understand about birth control??? Sami sure doesn’t. Carly got pregnant with Daniel – 2 doctors! Nicole got pregnant by EJ. I’m surprised Sami hasn’t gotten pregant with Rafe!
Ridiculous!
April 22, 2010 at 8:34 pm #1235253tdogsParticipantborn out of wedlock??? She was never married to any of the children’s fathers. Still trying to remember how many guys Sami has been with over the years, quite a few I recall. Good thing Marlena, (surprised they even mentioned her the other day on the show – think it was Will who did), provides Sami and the grandkids a place to live – Sami reminds me of a character Blanche Dubois in very old movie (Streetcar Named Desire) – "…I have always depended on the kindness of strangers…" – although, Sami actually knows all the people she’s sponged off over the years…(I love Alison – I’m just tired of Sami and her ways – I was hoping that they’d change her for the better and let her grow up so we’d have another lady we could admire like Mrs. H., Julie, Marlena, etc.).
April 22, 2010 at 10:06 pm #12353DeeLanParticipantSami did marry Lucas before the twins were born so they were born after she got married and at least one of them she was married to their father but none were conceived in wedlock.
April 23, 2010 at 2:09 am #12366GoldenDaysFanParticipantbut even sader is the fact that more children are born out of wedlock in this country than within marriage. Children born to single mothers have a better chance of living in poverty than in a two-parent home. Don’t get me started on this subject. I feel for the children and wish writers would show the consequences of having babies when the mother has no income and no husband.
April 23, 2010 at 1:13 pm #12370drea4713ParticipantThings just seem to miraculously be okay for people on TV. It would be nice to see people struggle a bit. Having children is such a joy, the best of my life, but very difficult as well. I couldn’t imagine doing it on my own and having to provide for my kids both emotional and financial stability. I know moms who do, but most have struggled for quite a while to make that happen!
April 23, 2010 at 8:43 pm #12392DCola522ParticipantI have always liked Stephanie, but this storyline just might turn me around! Just beyond dumb…
April 24, 2010 at 2:17 pm #12407PattiParticipantfor the wrong reason. She’s going to throw away her birth control pills, not tell Nathan, and try to get pregnant just because she thinks it will seal her hold on him. So, if it happens, it will not be because she wants a baby for the right reason, it will be because she wants to trap Nathan. Now, if that isn’t pathetic, I don’t know what is.
