EJ’s declaration that the kidnapper was long gone, his impatience at the cabin – what idiot wouldn’t pick up on this?
Even Rafe doesn’t seem very clued in, unless we’re not supposed to know.Rafe is very suspicious of EJ. I’m thinking he just doesn’t want to tip his hand, preferring to let EJ get overly confidant and mess up.
it only makes Rafe more determined that he’s hiding something. E.J. is digging his own grave by being so cavalier and nonchalant regarding Rafe’s investigation. All I can say is that if he thinks Rafe is a pain in his derriere, just wait until Nicole gets out. If anyone is clueless in this whole fiasco, it’s Sami. I don’t know how she can stand next to E.J. let alone allow him to spend the night in her home. The woman might as well have had a lobotomy.
When EJ and the caretaker exchanged "looks" – Rafe picked up on that.
I haven’t watched much but I think Rafe has suspected EJ all along and is just biding his time to gather enough evidence against him. And he’s playing dumb so that EJ will get complacent and screw up.
Too bad nobody every really pays for their crimes in Salem.

And I love Anna, can’t wait to see these to interact with each other. And I think Anna will spill all the bean about EJ eventually. But, you right no one ever pays in Salem. If they did there wouldn’t be very many people left in Salem!!
That’s why don’t understand why the hell Sami still trusts him. Lucas told her not to trust him and she did, what did that get her? He also said not to trust Nicole and well we know what happened there. Samis been a real weak and stupid idiot since EJ came to town and hopefully Rafe will bust his balls and bring back the real Sami.
